Positive Notice Spiritual Development Class
This class is an extension of the Energy Awareness class and we meet at least once a month at 7:00 p.m. The goal is to lead the evening with a meditation and then Spirit leads the way. No prerequisite is required. Stop by for an interesting and fun class that will teach you a variety of methods. A love offering is appreciated, but not required.

Intro to Reflexology
This one hour class was created at the request of an individual to learn more about Reflexology. In this class, I will share the history, what Reflexology is and how Reflexology works with the body, mind, and spirit. Additionally, I will share some “self relaxation” techniques that you can practice on yourself or others.
